NJHKI Co-Principal Investigator, Dr. Daniel Hoffman, PhD, was named to the Journal of Nutrition editorial board. The Journal of Nutrition, the official publication of the American Society of Nutrition (ASN), is the premier journal in the nutrition field. The Journal publishes peer-reviewed original research papers covering all aspects of experimental nutrition in humans and other animal species; special articles such as reviews and biographies of prominent nutrition scientists; and issues, opinions, and commentaries on controversial issues in nutrition. The journal publishes original research reported by authors in over 50 countries and is distributed worldwide to more than 1000 institutions, in addition to personal subscribers and ASN members.
