NJHKI’s Dr. Peggy Policastro Named Top Woman in Metro New York Foodservice & Hospitality

NJHKI’s Director of Culinary Literacy & Nutrition, Dr. Peggy Policastro, PhD was listed as one of the 2020 Top Women in Metro New York Foodservice & Hospitality, Education category by Total Food Service. The magazine idenitifed innovators within each of the major disciplines of the foodservice and hospitality industry. Dr Policastro is one of the best and brightest.
