Drs. Erin Comollo and Peggy Policastro both presented NJHKI’s research at the Society of Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB) virtual meeting. They presented Bodacious Broccoli: Assessing Preschool-Aged Children’s Liking and Acceptance of Broccoli in Different Cooking Forms, where the abstract was also published in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior.
