Our Program Development and Implementation service equips schools and community organizations across New Jersey with youth health and well-being development programs. We work closely with our partners to perform a needs assessment and define clear and measurable program goals. Our expertise in educational methodologies and public health promotion techniques ensures that each program is evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and tailored to the specific needs of the communities they serve. This approach has been associated with higher program success rates, participant engagement, and long-term health impacts. Our objectives are to:
- Provide or revise youth wellness program content and curricula that meet the unique needs and goals of the school, community, or organization.
- Develop program objectives, align curriculum, secure necessary resources, establish a timeline for rollout, engage stakeholders, and provide training to staff.
- Conduct data-driven evaluation and continuous program improvement.
In today’s complex landscape of child health and education, there is an increasing need for expertly designed programs that impact children’s well-being. For more information, please contact NJHKI’s Program Coordinator, Faith Qualshie, at faith.qualshie@rutgers.edu.
